「This place met my 3 Cs...comfortable, close and convenient. If your looking for a nice place to accommodate 4 to 6 people in the heart of Solvang this would be it.」

「Comfortable and great location」

「We had a girls family reunion and this place was perfect. Plenty of space for all and 3 bathrooms. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and a coffee shop with delicious lavender lattes. The outdoor area was great for relaxing at the end of a long day!」

「What a great property! Clean, convenient and Dave the host was quick to respond every time I had a question. I would definitely recommend!」

「We enjoyed our stay. It was in a perfect location and easily walkable to the restaurants and stores in Santa Ynez. The place was spotless. Our dogs enjoyed the yard.」

Family had to use kitchen towels to dry. The front house is small and is a trailer. Reminded me of my high school classroom. I’m very unhappy with the ADU storage/shed/portable/tiny house in the backyard. The Expedia listing was absolutely misleading - called a tiny shed with 2 “bedrooms” a “cottage” and did not explain...

「Cutest cottages, quaint, comfortable - amazing location! The owner Dave was beyond helpful and kind, couldn’t recommend staying here more!」
