「Property was cute and clean. Perfect for the one overnight stay we had.」

「We loved the house. Felt like a true home away from home. Comfy beds, adequate storage, nice towels, great backyard for our dogs. It had a great kitchen and laundry facilities. It was very close to downtown Iowa City, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO for the weekend while attending our niece’s wedding. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had so many thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during such a special family weekend, and we would...

「This property is extremely clean, and modern. It was all on one level, which was wonderful for my elderly parents」

Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about our stay!」

「The property was well located for our needs and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Levi is a good communicator who truly cares about making his guests comfortable and meeting their needs. We were particularly interested in having a few relatives over for a meal and using our space as a gathering point before and after trips to Iowa City to visit those who couldn’t travel to Cedar Rapids to see us. The home was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were...

「Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...
