Maid came to room twice in 5 days, and shirted us towels and didn’t notice we were completely out of toilet paper. Pool towels were empty and when we called to get more, staff told us after 6pm, they empty them. It’s a ski resort, hot tub is mainly going to be used after 6pm, so why would that be the time to empty the towels?? Breakfast at overlook restaurant took an hour and there were only 2 tables. Food was like warm when it arrived and was mediocre at best. The shuttle service and ski rentals on property were a great bonus and staff was great. "
