"The staff were kind and helpful, we appreciated the free toothbrushes and the 24 hour reception, and the bedroom, bathroom and bed were of a good standard."
"Great location to JR station, the hotel is in a quiet area and the breakfast each morning was very delicious with plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
"It was a cozy and well air-conditioned area. The pods were fantastic with the atmosphere inside and the bed was comfortable. The washrooms and showers were well taken care of. "
"Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around.
The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby.
5 stars for sure."

Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro
10/10 Excellent
"The location is terrific. Next to the stations. A lot of dinning & shopping options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although you can tell the rooms are a little bit of old compared to some other hotels around here, but they do keep the them nice and clean."
"Great location. Within 5 mins walk from Nippori Station, which is a stop for the airport express train to Narita. Food options everywhere, as well as some shopping. Hotel has a gym and laundry facilities. Our room was very nice with 270 deg view of the city. Staff were very friendly and professional. Very responsive as well. Would highly recommend. "
"This is an excellent location in Asakusa, there is a Uniqlo and restaurants locayed on floors 1-4, and the hotel lobby on floor 5, there is a Donki next door, and and so much other shopping all within a short walk from the hotel, there were street performers on the weekend and the streets were alive with activity, but nothing crazy all very family friendly. Also very close to the subway line, we will stay here again when we come back. I will say the rooms are small, but I understand most hotels are like this, I will say the hotel is clean with a buffet breakfast which includes American and Japanese breakfast staples, buffet is available for a fee, it was good and convenient. "
"A fantastic place to stay, close to rail transportation, so many dining options. Warm welcoming staff. Highly recommend. Please note that the rooms are on the smaller size, especially for a family of 4. But we never felt crowded."
