Guest will have exclusive and private access to the whole property
Your morning starts on the balcony — coffee in hand, greenery all around, overlooking a quiet inner yard. No street noise, just birdsong. This is Oborishte, one of Sofia's most elegant residential neighbourhoods, where embassy buildings sit next to independent cafés and century-old parks.
The studio is on the 3rd floor with no elevator — the staircase is wide and well-lit, and the reward is a peaceful view over the courtyard that street-facing apartments simply don't get.
Inside, the space is compact and intentional. The bed has quality cotton linens — the kind you actually sleep well in. The rainfall shower has real pressure and striking terrazzo tiles; hotel-grade toiletries are provided, so you can pack light.
If you need to work, there's a dedicated desk with good lighting. Wi-Fi is stable and fast enough for video calls without issues.
Evenings feel calm — warm designer lighting, a soft cream sofa, and a quiet courtyard below.
An honest note: It's a studio — the bedroom and living area share one room. If you value design and a quiet location over extra space, you'll love it. Works beautifully for solo travellers, couples, or anyone here for work who wants a space that feels considered rather than generic.

The neighbourhood: Oborishte is where Sofians actually live — not a tourist zone, but everything is walkable. The Doctor's Garden is a 5-minute stroll for morning runs or afternoon shade under old trees. Borisova Gradina is just beyond that. For coffee, try Savi Gelato & Specialty Coffee — excellent flat whites and arguably the best gelato in Sofia. For dinner, Forno Cipolini serves what locals quietly call the best pizza outside of Italy — no reservations needed on weekdays, but go early on weekends. Both are under 10 minutes on foot. Teatralna metro station is a 5–10 minute walk. A taxi from Sofia Airport takes about 25 minutes and costs around €10.
You’ll navigate Sofia effortlessly from this location. The studio is well connected by public transport, with tram and bus stops just steps away, linking you directly to the city center, Sofia Airport, and the Central Railway Station. The Serdika and SU St. Kliment Ohridski metro stations are also within walking distance, offering a fast and convenient way to reach every corner of the city.
Prefer to explore on foot? Many of Sofia’s top attractions, restaurants, and parks are just a short walk from your doorstep. Taxis and rideshare services like Bolt are widely available and affordable, making it easy to zip across the city day or night. Whether you’re planning sightseeing, a business trip, or a long-term stay, you’ll have Sofia right at your fingertips.
