Cozy, peaceful, well-organized, clean apartment with a balcony under the embrace of the branches of a big tree and adjacent to a charming neighbouring garden. Very central and easy to take public transport.

The stay was most pleasant. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything needed. It is in a quiet area but near everything. The gentleman in the front desk is extremely professional. The only thing I missed was access to a microwave and a self laundry room. They do your laundry for a fee and it is fast.

One bedroom unit was spacious, large closet in bedroom, high pressure shower in bathroom. It was sparsely furnished and had limited supplies in the kitchenette, a microwave should be included along with more dishes such as large mugs and bowls, tea or coffee pot and kitchen towels. The TV in the bedroom was very small and too far up on the wall to watch. The shower in the bathroom would leak onto the floor every time. Lack of storage space in the bathroom .

Communication with the stuff is none existent. Hard to get directions for checking in after hours. The appartment is very outdated. HORRIBLE mattress and pillows, still hurting days after trying to sleep. AC unit is pretty useless, being in living room, away from bedroom. They even changed for a coffee made in room. Stay away!

Run down, dirty and not nice at all. Everything was dirty e.g. hair in the beds, leftover bread crumbs on table, stained toilet and big stains on the floor. Staff was weirdly enough friendly and helpful. We left after a few hours when we found another place to stay. In short STAY AWAY!

We stayed in the family two bedroom suite. Cleanliness was poor, filthy under the sofa, no one cleaning into the corners etc. All the cookware was dirty, stains on sofa, bed linen far too small for the beds. My daughter had an accident and whilst the receptionist was great getting us an ambulance, the property had no first aid kit, which is poor.
