Lovely Apartments

The apt. Is centrally located in a safe neigh orhood. It ia within walking distance as well as food stores and restaurants. It is newly renovated and very clean.

It’s a centrally located, within walking distance to Vitosha, Aleksandr Nevski, mineral springs, food, restaurants, public transportation. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. All the possible toiletries provided. All the kitchen supplies. Plenty of closet space enough for a very long stay.

Pessimo soggiorno

Edificio nuovo ma era ancora presto per aprire o collaudare, i primi due giorni ero senza acqua calda e toccando lo scaldabagno presi la corrente, chiamai al responsabile e mi cambió appartamento, il problema era dovuto da un cavo tranciato, per le pulizie la camera non era pulita al mio arrivo e gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati ero costretto a lavarli in lavatrice. Lavastoviglie non funzionava, aveva il rubinetto di carico chiuso e l’ho dovuto aprire x lavare il ttt, lavatrice stessa cosa, scaldabagno perdeva acqua ma questo era un difetto di fabbrica perché in tutti gli alloggi aveva questo problema. Anche se i responsabili erano gentilissimi la struttura ripeto era pesto per l’apertura c’è da migliorare. Per questi scomodi ebbi uno sconto sul prezzo finale
