「I was very satisfied with staying at this hotel. First of all, staffs are very kind, friendly, and helpful for everything. Actually I was arrived there at night, but I didn't have any problem with check-in, because they gave me necessary & sufficient information before by mails. Somebody at the door phone opened the entrance without checking whether I am a guest so I thought there would be somebody to check me in inside the building. However, there were nobody and I had to wonder around without knowing which room was mine! 「The flat worked well for our needs and is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and good public transit connections. Jesper was a good and communicative host. One issue I’d point out is that the bathtub/shower was super slippery and somewhat difficult to get in and out of safely if you have any mobility issues, which I do. 「こじんまりしていますが、可愛いインテリアで、清潔感もあって良かったです。部屋にはトイレとシャワーはありませんでしたが、部屋の目の前の部屋にシャワーとトイレルームがあったので、不便には感じませんでした。3つあったので、誰かが使っていて使えないことは私はなかったです。口コミでシャワールームに扉がない部屋があると書いてあるのを見ていたので、扉があるところを選びました。部屋からバイキングの船がみえました。船に乗る予定のある人はおすすめです。乗る予定の無い人は少し離れていて不便だと感じました。チェックイン前に預けに行く、チェックアウト後預けて取りに行く、往復の時間を考えると預けにくいと感じました。ホテルまでのバス停からの道は結構急な坂道なのでそこも注意です。チェックインの時間は遅い時間だと申告が必要です。英語が得意ではなく心配でしたが、スタッフの人はわかりやすく教えてくださり助かりました。近くに眺望の良いところがあり、観光バスも止まっていたほどの素敵な景色が見れるのでぜひ見に行ってみてください。」
