Self-check in is a terrible idea. You may have traveled for long hours and the machine is not recognizing your reservation. The "receptionist" is also the bartender. No, not great at all. The hotel should let travelers know that there's a direct elevator from the airport train station to the hotel level. I did not know and googled the hotel. I found myself fighting an icy rain for a couple of blocks uphill for no reason. The room is absolutely tiny, not big enough for two for sure. Pillows are dreadful. The great plus is the location.
