Loggers Run is a ski-in and ski-out townhouse community on the longest and best green trail at Snowshoe (Flume). Private hot tub overlooking the mountain, watch the skiers go by right behind the home. Six bedrooms, huge smart TVs, PlayStation-5, a private Tesla charger, and updated everything. No need to drive to the slopes - just head out the front or back door to the Loggers Run access point behind the townhomes. This is where you want to be!
Enjoy our end unit (more privacy and quiet!), which underwent a $50k renovation to install new furniture, linens, mattresses, luxury flooring, rugs, and decor. Little luxuries have been installed from top to bottom, including new internet-connected smart TVs in every bedroom, the living room and recreation room, heated toilet seats in every bathroom, a private Tesla charger out front, and a PlayStation 5 with an 85" TV.
Enter on the ground level and find tons of storage for bags, boots, gear, and more. (Ski storage will be installed before winter.)
Head upstairs and enjoy the kitchen, stocked with high quality cooking gear to prepare delicious meals, Relax around the big dining table. A luxury sectional and cozy living room with gas fireplace offers the perfect place to visit, or watch TV on the 50" TV above the fireplace. Exit onto the back deck and enjoy the private hot tub, new Weber grill, or have a seat and enjoy views of the sunrise and folks skiing down Flume. There is also a half bath as well as a bedroom on this level designed to delight younger kids -- a twin over twin bunkbed shaped like a small cabin set into a mountainside scene - it has a 43" TV.
On the top level you will find a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed with a luxury memory foam topper, a 43" TV, and a private bathroom with both a shower and a large jetted soaking tub for after your skiing or mountain biking adventures.
Two other King bedrooms are located across the hall. Those bedrooms each have a 50" TV, Casper mattresses, and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
On the ground level, the former garage has been converted to a 2nd living area/rec room with 2 huge comfy couches, an 85" flat screen TV and PlayStation 5. Designed for teens and kids, it will keep them happy and busy on a different level while adults visit upstairs. This room also serves as a 6th bedroom with a Restoration Hardware bunkbed with 2 full size beds. The ground level contains the 5th bedroom in the rear, which has a 50" TV, a twin over a full size bunkbed, and storage drawers underneath. The ground level also has a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Full size mattresses on this level are Tuft and Needle.
As a courtesy, we provide a pack-n-play (bring your own sheets), highchair, toys, children's books, board games, and puzzles to make your travels with kids easier.
Loggers Run features a large fire pit for guests to share - our kids love to make s'mores and memories there. Catch the shuttle right outside, or walk a short distance to the Village for food, fun, the spa, or swimming at Split Rock pool (heated and open in winter as well as summer). Loggers Run is very close to 10 Prime, the amazing steakhouse. Our unit has one dedicated parking spot in our driveway, but the community has additional shared parking available.
With 3 king beds, 3 full size beds, and 3 twins, we can host 12 adults or up to 15 guests if some share the full-size beds.
Whether you come in the winter for skiing, snow tubing, snowmobiles -- or in the summer for mountain biking, fishing, boating, golf, scenic chairlift rides, swimming -- or in the fall for leaf gazing and relaxation -- we're happy to provide your home away from home.
Need more space? We own two Loggers Run units and can accommodate groups of 26 between both homes. See VRBO #2696146 for our sister home.
Please note however, that we require primary renter to be at least 27 years of age. We do not allow pets, smoking of any type, vaping, or private events or parties. This is our home, and we request guests to follow check-out procedures to ensure it is left in neat and tidy condition.
Please note: We adhere strictly to our cancellation policy and refunds will not be allowed outside of our cancellation policy — please take this into account when booking. This includes, but is not limited to the following: cancellations related to flight delays/cancellations, pandemics, government action or border closure, immigration, illness, weather-related events (including too much or too little snow, rain, etc), cancellation of events etc. For this reason, we strongly recommend all guests purchase a trip cancellation insurance policy to defray the costs of cancelling your trip in the event your plans change. Also please note that while we work to keep furnishings and amenities in top working order, they may change or break and can not be guaranteed.
Please also note there is a Ring Camera Doorbell mounted outside to assist guests with entry if any difficulties arise, and to enable delivery workers and staff access the property.
Cost includes a 2% Resort Community District Fee.
