Condo Description:
About this condo, unit 1703, it is a two-bedroom condo located on the seventh floor of wing 1 overlooking the pool and Cheat Mountain range. This condo has 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed, 2 bathrooms, flat screen TV's and portable A/C's in every room, full equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and recliner.

Contained within the building complex; heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and exercise room. Also, the Locker Room Sport bar and Something Unique Grocery Store is located in the buildings lob.

Fees: the only fee we charge is the HOA's daily parking/amenity fee which pays for the internet (unit wifi & building cell phone - AT&T), pool and parking lot access. We do not charge a unit cleaning fee.

Great Ski in Ski Out Condo

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this property!! Well taken care of and well stocked condo at Silver Creek. Ski in/ski out access and minutes from Snowshoe slopes and Village. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

We absolutely loved staying here! It was immaculate and had everything that we needed! Very convenient ski in/out location with easy access to the Snowshoe Village bus. Would definitely stay at this property again!!

Excellent property, clean and well maintained. Could use a few more dishes and glasses but I understand due to cabinet space. Very functional with great seating (recliner, couch, tables). Super value!

Affordable Stay

This place was a great size for our family of 6. The price was affordable compared to many others on the mountain. Access to the shuttle and snowtubing was very convenient. The condo smelled like smoke, but I believe that was from the self cleaning oven being used prior to our stay.

Amazing place

This apartment was so awesome!! The full kitchen was fully stocked, the rooms were so clean, great customer service, and overall 10/10. You’re right at silver creek here so when u finish night skiing u literally are a 5 min walk away. The owners were so nice and we all felt like we were home. Great place and highly recommend. Will be staying here again

Great condo

Super neat condo, very clean and as described. Easy to get to in the lodge, as great directions given. Was off season, so most everything on the mountain and around were shut down, even the ski shop and gift shop in house. Access to pool, sauna and hot tub were great though, and some very nice views!

This property, and property owner, Don, was beyond great! From booking it, to leaving, everything was as stated. The condo is very quiet and it was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.The only downside is just not having cell reception and not too many places to eat. That is no fault to the owner or Snowshoe itself. Keep up the great work and will most defiantly be staying again!

Condo was very clean. It was equipped with everything you need. With that being said, the TV's in both bedrooms did not work, bathrooms have very low lighting and be careful in the tubs, they are very slippery. Its was nice having a balcony, but the light on the balcony didnt work, so it was pitch black outside. Nice condo, just needs a little maintenance.

Great, clean condo in Silver Creek

We had a great time at the condo. Very clean & had all the items we needed in the unit. The beds were very comfortable & plenty of towels. The balcony was great to see stars & caught some fireworks from the village. We loved the free shuttle to the village. The only cons were that the 3 AC units could not keep up but it was only about 80 out so worked out ok. We couldn’t seem to get them any colder then 73 even though we had set at 68. If it was in the high 80-90, it would have very uncomfortable in the condo. Also it could use some new wallpaper, carpet, new sofa. Just needs some updating. We would definitely stay again. The pros way outweighed the cons. The unit was very clean!

Very comfortable and accurate description

The space was adequate, with 2 full bathrooms, living area, and small kitchen. The 2 king size beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the oversized recliner. The pull out couch was nice to sit or sleep on as a couch, but not very comfortable as a queen bed. Everything was very clean and comfortable temperatures during our below freezing outside temps stay. We did not utilize the wood burning fireplace. A couple of the overhead lights weren’t functional during our stay, but the ceiling fans were much appreciated. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. I appreciated the supply of toilet paper, laundry and dish detergent, pots/pans, plates, cups, and utensils. My only complaint was the washing machine and dryer unit was one tiny unit, therefore inadequate for our needs. We wanted to dry our wet ski clothes during quick lunch breaks, but the washer/dryer was tiny and took a very long time, so that wasn’t a luxury we could utilize. Otherwise, the unit was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfy

Very clean and comfy unit. Bed was comfy, recliner was amazingly comfy, and the condo was clean. Affordable. The owner communicated promptly and forewarned me that signal was scattered at the top of the mountain. I took a screenshot of my check in info before losing signal. The only downside was being located outside the village. With that said, it was great to be close to Old Spruce which has good food. And the shuttle was always only a couple of minutes or less wait time. Recommend for those looking for affordable and clean and comfy outside of the main village. And those who plan to ski at Silver Creek or tube most of their stay.
