CAMP FOUR #23 - 2 BEDROOMS, 2.5 BATHS: BEDDING: MASTER Bedroom; Pillow top Queen Bed with TV/DVD, private full bath; Bedroom # 2: 2 Twin Bunks TV/DVD; PLUS: Queen Sofa bed in Living Room. - Gas Fireplace; Washer/Dryer; Ski Storage Entry. Park at your door. On the north end of the main ski terrain at Snowshoe. Fronts on Camp 4 Trail, a Novice run leading to the entire trail system. Expansive mountain views and stylishly rustic touches in a very spacious 2 bedroom unit. There is a limit of two cars per reservation. Parking passes will be emailed prior to arrival.​​​​​​​

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

We loved everything. The kitchen had what we needed. The only reason for 4 stars (rather than 5) was because we could not use the shower in the guest bathroom due to a broken shower head. I hope our schedule allows us to book again next year.

The location is amazing, right on a ski run and down from a main ski lift. Plenty of easy parking and also near some hiking trails. The house was immaculate - exactly as advertised. Kitchen has everything we need. I only bumped off a star because the WiFi quit on us and it was hard to get someone out to fix it. It’s problematic not having WiFi on a mountain with no cell service. We waited most of the day and then ended up troubleshooting it ourselves and realizing the cord to the router was bad - and the house had an extra cord!

Check in was easy. The apartment fire place did not work, the back door would not close properly. And no one came out to fix the fireplace, after we called it in. Also there was not alot of drawers to put clothing in.

Nice Snowshoe Camp 4 property

Nice property, perfect for mtbiking at Snowshoe. This was/is a pet friendly unit. If you have allergies to pets, you might notice pet hair and dander. We just did some extra vac-cumming and everything worked out well.

Excellent stay on Snowshoe mountain for our family

We had a great time! The condo was clean roomy, pet friendly, kid friendly and over all outstanding! We loved biking down the trails the. Stopping for lunch at the condo and continuing to bike. Early fall was the best!! Weather was perfect, the room was outstanding, so much room for our family. Also a surprise fireworks display on Sat night! We will be back!! Thanks

Treasure on the mountain

We came up for the annual raffle and needed a pet friendly place. This place was fantastic, super clean, great space and good areas to walk dogs. Couldn’t have been happier, we’ll definitely use again for another trip!

Loved our stay at 23 Camp Four!

Had an awesome mother/son bonding trip last week! Very comfortable and nicely appointed place! Loved the fireplace and comfortable furniture! We were there during the week, everything was so peaceful and quiet. Loved the view from back deck. Lots of great places to walk the dog! Would have been even more perfect with more snow. Had to walk a ways to reach the slopes or take the shuttle. Only the small shuttles drop off at Camp Four so coming back from Silver Creek at night you have to go to the village and transfer to a small shuttle. Wasn’t an issue just good to know in advance! Would definitely stay here again!

Christmas 2022

We had a great stay at Sharon's property. Because of the mountain not being fully open we just had a short walk to the Powderidge lift, otherwise you'd be able to hop right on the camp4 trail. We would love to go back and stay here when that's possible. We brought our dog & we're able to find a nice easy walking trail for her in the neighborhood. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. What more can you ask? Thank you for a great trip. The Johnsons

Excellent location, well accomidated

Love staying at Camp 4. This unit was especially nice with great parking and nice accommodations. The furniture was updated and we could tell the owner took special care to ensure the place was clean. And lastly all the kitchen accessories made it feel like home.
