Allegheny Springs 414: Junior Studio Slopeside

ALLEGHENY SPRINGS # 414 - Junior Queen Studio- 1 QB,1SS - This classic Studio room will sleep 2-4 people. It is located on the 4th floor within the heart of the Snowshoe Village. This condo is a traditional room with a small sitting area, a kitchenette, and also a gas fireplace. The condo has a full-sized Bath, 1 Queen Bed, and a Sleeper Sofa. A small Balcony overlooks the village.

​​​​​​SLOPE SIDE - Allegheny is located adjacent to the Skidder slope at the top of the Ballhooter Lift - Between Mountain Lodge and Highland House.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
