Allegheny Springs 201-203 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: MASTER BR 2 Queen, BR #2 Queen and Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. This condo is located on the second floor just steps from the Village. It features a full kitchen, a living room with a gas fireplace, and a deck with furniture.

SLOPE SIDE - Allegheny is located adjacent to the Skidder slope at the top of the Ballhooter Lift - Between Mountain Lodge and Highland House.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Free Long Distance; Elevators; Fitness Room; Sauna; Outdoor Heated Pool; Hot Tub; Ski Storage lockers/Bike Storage;
Laundry facility on site; Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal); Parking in main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive and Valet Parking is available for an additional per night fee.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Disappointing is an understatement

First let me say how pleasant the Casago staff was, and helpful and attentive. However, This property appeared to have not been really cleaned or taken care of in months, if not years. Much of the deck and plastic furniture was in disrepair, and the entire deck and furniture was FILTHY!! We could not even sit out there before scrubbing the furniture down. I notified Casago immediately, and they sent cleaners the next day. But, the cleaners were not prepared for the dirt and problems. They did the best they could. I would not recommend staying here until this unit is repaired/remodeled and deep cleaned. I don’t ming things being older and not updated, but cleanliness and safety are a big concern for me. It appears the owners have not been there, or care nothing about their property. It is in no condition to rent as is.

Snowshoe condo review

The condo is in a great location. The unit was dated relative to price. Having to take trash to the drop off location was not good. Carrying trash through a resort is uncalled for. Checkout was very difficult due to a severe shortage of carts and valet parking was understaffed.

The location was perfect. You were at the top of the mountain and could literally just walk about clip into your skis and go!

Cozy ski condo!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for th meals we cooked. The location was excellent! Very convenient for skiing. The locker combinations for the ski lockers were not correct, but a helpful attendant got the updated combinations. They said that it happens a lot. My only complaint in the condo was the master bed, the mattress and linens need to be updated. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Other than that I would highly recommend this condo.

Very comfortable stay in a lovely lodge.

Overall a lovely stay at Allegheny Springs, which is at the top end of the Snowshoe Village. The condo itself, while perfectly adequate, could use an aesthetic update to be on par with others in the building and the Snowshoe Village in general. The lobby and public areas of the lodge were beautiful, and everyone we worked with was very helpful.

Fall Foliage Getaway

Great rental for our family of four adults. Very clean! Loved the gas fireplace! It was a gorgeous fall weekend! Very convenient location and amenities. Would give a five star rating but the mattresses on the beds were a little too soft for us. Overall great property.

Perfect ski in/ski out condo

This 2 BR/2 BA condo was perfect for my family of four and my parents. We didn't arrive to the area until 11 PM but Casago made the check-in process very simple. There were plenty of luggage carts to help get all of our stuff to our room. We struggled a bit with the combination locker for ski storage but maintenance quickly responded and solved the issue. Location is perfect for skiing and access to the quaint Village (better restaurants than expected). And my kids' highlight was getting in the heated pool every night after coming off the slopes! Would definitely stay here again!

Decent place in older property in Snowshoe. Very easy ski locker and slopes access, which was key for us. Could have used a bit more comfortable furniture in the lounging/common area, and space constraints make TV placement odd, but overall was good for 2 - 3 adults on a ski-focused (rather than hang out focused) trip.

we have stayed at mountain Lodge and that was our go to until trying this unit- great price and Excellent location, and we loved the pool and hottub! unit was clean, exactly as expected, and staff was wonderful. thank you!

Memorial Weekend Wedding

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was clean and spacious. Conveniently located on the second floor just a short walk to restaurants and shops. The accommodations could use some upgrades. Definitely less expensive to book on VRBO than to go thru Snowshoe. We saved hundreds on our 4 night stay.
