The space
As you enter the home guests have the option to either use the elevator or stairs to reach all floors of the home. The main living floor boasts a comfy living room, dining area, and huge kitchen with an eat-at breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need, and more! Enjoy the ocean views and breeze on the balcony right off of the living room while you gather around the picnic table with your family and watch the sunset over the intracoastal. The main living floor also provides a full bath and king bedroom with balcony access directly in the room. The upper level floor can accommodate the entire family with three large bedrooms all with balcony access! The master suite has a comfy king bed and private attached bath for you to enjoy. One guest suite hosts a queen bed and the remaining bedroom hosts a bunk bed with a trundle underneath to provide three more beds for the family. The two guests rooms share a full well equipped bath. There is also a washer and dryer on the top level of the home for you to use during your stay. The home is on a quiet street just steps from the ocean, wash off in the hot/cold outdoor shower as you get back from a sandy day at the beach. You simply can't beat the location of this property!
