This modern duplex is ready to welcome you and your family and friends for your next North Topsail Beach adventures! After a day at the beach, rinse away the sand in the private, outdoor shower and head inside for additional fun and relaxation. The home's main living space is on the fourth floor, offering a sunny open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen and living/dining areas. The open kitchen comprises stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and a center island. The adjoining dining table is perfect for more formal family meals. Once mealtime is over, unwind in the inviting living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV. All back decks are furnished and allow you to enjoy beautiful views and sunsets over the Intercoastal.
Uniquely constructed, this home features balconies on all three levels, with a balcony adjoining each bedroom, totaling six. All bedrooms also include a TV and the main bedrooms on each level have an en suite bathroom for added privacy. The first floor hosts a garage turned into a game room with a Ping-Pong table, pool toys for visiting the community pool, and two cornhole sets. An elevator will take you through each level in the blink of an eye.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property, including outdoor spaces.
