Located within minutes of Topsail Beach, The Sunkissed Mermaid grants you a private retreat from the beach crowd without sacrificing being on the water with your own dock. Spend the evening watching dolphins swim the Intracoastal Waterway while sitting in our screened in porch, on our large deck, or sitting around the fire pit roasting s'mores!
