Our 2 Bed/2.5 Bath townhouse has the beach access and panoramic Intracoastal marsh views you need for your next vacation. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy 3-minute walks to the public beach access during the day and watch the most amazing sunsets from our two back decks at night. Have a 4x4 vehicle and want to drive on the beach to fish? You’re only one street over from that access point!

For transparency, this property has two security cameras: one facing the backyard, covering the grass area, and one at the front, monitoring the driveway and front porch. These cameras are solely for security purposes and do not face any interior spaces.

Great location - 5 min walk to the beach and scentic, tranquil, uninterrupted views of the marsh out back. Most comfortable beds we've slept on at a VRBO. Thoughtfully decorated and supplied. Some signs of water damage over the years, but for a vacation getaway the pluses outweigh that. I'd go back!

Easy walk/drives to local beaches. Quiet community and great views to the waterway. House was great and had lots of amenities. Just wish the cleanliness was better; cookingware was dirty and shower handles had mold on them.

Spectacular sunsets/spectacular host!

Beautiful sunsets await at this unit on the marsh with only a short walk to beautiful beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Jonathan was the best host we’ve ever experienced through VRBO. Excellent communication throughout our visit and very prompt. A+++ across the board! Thanks!

We had a wonderful time staying in Jonathan's beautiful home. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed, with incredible views of the marsh and lots of space for dining and relaxing indoors and out. The beach is a very short walk away, made even easier by the beach cart on the property. Our toddler was delighted with the beach toys, pails, and shovels that they provided. We saw lots of pelicans and dolphins, and really enjoyed being here in the off season--this particular stretch of beach felt very secluded and empty in early March!

Beautiful sunset views with a quick walk to the beach

My family had a relaxing weekend at this location, astonishing soundside sunset views 3/3 days we were there. Overall a nice location with a quick 3 minute walk to the beach, hope to come back!

Beach Sunrises and Marsh Sunsets

This house is super comfortable for a family beach trip. The marsh views from the living room and master bedroom are wonderful and the four separate decks were lovely. The beach at the end of the island was super spacious and only a short walk away, which was made even easier by the provided beach cart. Highly recommend this great property!
