"We booked the twin room and it was great. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was great. The heated towel rack was a great thing to add. We got dinner in the pub and that was delicious and the staff were lovely. It also was not that far from things to do in the Isle of Sky."

"We arrived late, they were just about to wrap up serving dinner. Manager said just sit at the bar - have a drink and eat your dinner first then we will take care of the luggages. They took our order and served us delicious steaks, wine and then helped us with our luggage. They did all this smoothly and naturally, which made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was great, not elaborately large spread, but enough of each category to meet our 10 veggie and protein intake targets effortlessly and delicately. Overall we couldn’t be happier and left very satisfied with the service, food and our clean, large cottage. If we come back to Highland Scotland we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone also."

"Very good hotel, clean and super comfortable. Great buffet breakfast in the rate. Hotel is kind of in the countryside and nothing walkable, no bar or food available on site except breakfast. Great stay though and a wonderful property with excellent staff."

"We enjoyed the beautiful view very much. The cottage is spacious. It was almost dark when we arrived, but the directions were specific so that was helpful. You will fair better if you have a car as the local convenience store closes by 7:00 but there is a lovely community called Broadford about 20 min away with restaurants and coffee shops and a CO OP grocery store. The area around Sleat is stunning and we enjoyed a visit at Armadale Castle just two minutes drive from the cottage. Take your own wash cloths, they're not a thing in Scotland and if you prefer a dish cloth to a sponge, purchase one along with some paper towel. The master bedroom of the cottage had a lovely view. The cottage was a bit stale smelling when we arrived but we couldn't open any windows that evening as none of the windows have screens and the mosquitoes were crazy still, even in September. All in all, if you're not worried about cleanliness, it's good value for your money. Quite a peaceful spot."

"Great hotel in a gorgeous location next to Sligachan Bridge with beautiful views! The hotel has a great restaurant and bar that we really enjoyed and the food was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly in the hotel and the restaurant. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative is the hotel was under construction while we were there so that was a little unsightly."
