"Room as clean but floor very dirty. No coffee available in the room and they told us they had coffee in the lobby at 9 am, however we never found any. The remote on the TV didn’t work to turn the TV off on. We had to use the button on the television to turn it on and off. When we arrived at the hotel, we wanted to pay cash for our room however they had already charged my card. In addition they charged my card in additional $5.29 over what my receipt from Expedia showed. When ask why they said the amounts are never the same. We tried to go into the pool area but all the gates were locked during the day."

"Pretty nice but definitely older and not too many frills in the actual rooms. Had a bug or two in my shower one day - makes sense for the desert but still something to note. Staff was very helpful and accessible. Loved the restaurant on the hotel grounds!"

"This really is a cute, remodeled place to stay that has a ton of places to eat and do- within walking distance! Literally a coffee/pastry shop across the street and Hero's- a neat place to eat just about anything (with live entertainment).
We have stayed here many times and literally just found out about the 'backyard space' this past weekend! Really cute and quiet if you want to take a cocktail outside.
There is no one at the front desk- you literally do everything over the phone. Takes some getting used to.

"We didn't try the breakfast. The room we got is ok. Need to more improve on amenities and cleanness. But its really quiet to stay there. The staffs are really helpful. It was raining and very cold so we didn't try the jacuzzi. Really beautiful by the Lake . Nature around is amazing. "
