「I was truly taken by surprise and impressed with Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar. The quality and attention to detail to ensure the comfort of the guest's stay was truly impressive. The classically modern room was spacious, clean, with a large balcony and a beautiful view where you can spend hours relaxing. The condition of the hotel was also excellent. 「客室内はとても清潔で、浴室、トイレ、ベットや枕、備品なども完璧でした！何よりインテリアにモン族の織物などを使用しているおもてなしの心がとってもうれしいです。景色の良いお部屋なら、棚田を見ながらゆっくりした時間を過ごせます。ホテルの前は車が入れないので、重いキャリーケースを持って行く人は、到着前にホテルにメッセージをしてみてください。ホテルの方は皆さんとっても親切でした。上の通りまで階段を上がるのは少し大変ですが、立地はとてもいいです。本当におすすめのホテルなので、是非泊まってください。」

「We booked the design double room with mountain view. Room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the large open windows to be able to look out over the town. Communication for check in was great. This place also went over and above when they found out it was my partners birthday by arranging a birthday surprise for her. I would happily recommend Sapa Chill Retreat for anyone looking to book in here.」

「Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned them well daily. The location is excellent, right beside the lake and a few minutes walk into the heart of sapa village. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable - I could feel the springs - and the pool wasn't clean, although it's not exactly swimming weather atm (mid 20'). Staff were excellent and breakfast was decent with lots of fruit and cooked options」

「スタッフサービスは満点。細かい事までよく気遣ってくれます。滞在中は何の不足も感じませんでしたし、困ってかけてることに対してはすぐに最善な対応をしてくれました。部屋は広く使い勝手もよかったです。朝食も満足いくもので、品揃え味ともに 充分。 足らないところがあるとすればスティームライスがあると日本人はもっと助かると思います。あとサパ自体が開発の真っ只中でインフラ整備が整備されている途中。これらが整のうと最適な避暑地になると思います。」
