"Det var en stor fornøjelse at besøge Sinatur hotel i Frederiksdal. Det ligger jo super natur skønt og vi havde et dejligt værelse med udsigt til skov og vand. Personalet var super service minded og søde. Man følte sig velkommen med det samme man trådte ind. Receptionisten var yderst kompetent. "

"There were worms in the room. The room was not cleaned. We only stayed one night out of four. No one was there for us to get any help. No refund was given for the 3 nights we didn’t stay there."

"I made the reservation 2 days in advance for a Sunday. I arrived at 1630pm and the hotel receptions doors were locked with no one inside seen. After 20 minutes a guest was leaving the hotel and I walked in through the doors and their were about 30 keys with names on the reception desk with a sign that stated no staff on duty as of 1300 till the following morning. I picked my key up and went to my room..But a very poor check experience."
