Convenient location good price

The hotel is modern and nice and the rooms are large and clean. The breakfast included in the rate is excelllent, it offers a lot of different food. No lunch or dinner. The hotel in 100 metres walk from the Hoje Taastrup station: distance is 15 minutes train from Copenhagen Main Station, trains run every 12 minutes! Of course the noise of the passing trains can disturb, unless you choose the Superior rooms (not facing the railways). But if you spend your days in CPH (or Helsingor) this is not so important… and this hotel costs 50% less than in CPH!! I will go to this hotel again!

be careful about the tax and fee charges!

Impossible to contact them directly for a clarification about a very strange charge they did while checking out (around 450 euro for 6 rooms). I'm still waiting for their reply.

The hotel was run-down and clearly showed signs of lack of maintenance. Not very comfortable beds. Hot dishes for breakfast were cold.

I had booked a room with a double bed, but was instead assigned a room with two single beds, despite a price difference of approximately 300 SEK. This difference was not reimbursed. Furthermore, the room turned out to be adapted for persons with disabilities, which did not correspond to my original booking. The design of the bathroom evoked thoughts of old age and illness, which negatively affected my well-being and made me feel uncomfortable during the stay.

Very close to train tracks and happened that my room is facing that side. Room temperature is too hot and no AC and the fan provided in the room is not enough. If you open the window for much needed cooler air, then it gets even louder for those incoming train. Room not clean and and previous occupant garbage still in the room.

My experience staying here was extremely disappointing. I ended up paying a hell of a lot for a 2 night stay(totally not worth the room rate) my reasons for this are as follows, When i asked for evening food i was told they only have 1 dish on the menu. In addition to this i then had to go and grab food to eat in my room, when i returned the wifi was so so bad that i couldnt load up any og my netflix/prime accounts. When i called, i was told i could come down and sit in the bar or conference room as the wifi isnt bad there 😳😳 Certainly not the level of service i am accustomed to and will not be returning in a hurry
