My only complaint is with the main bed frame (bunk bed) being a little impractical but this is a minor issue. Would be great value for families if they’re OK with close quarters."

"Got there no staff we could talk to just an envelope at the desk with our name. Did a walk through the room and say that it was well below our standards. Tried to cancel immediately but nobody at Expedia would help I phoned Expedia followed the phone instructions and got hung up on several times I tried with the same disappointing results. Since there was no staff on site at the hotel all we could do is leave and pay for a service we didn’t want and couldn’t cancel. I will never book with Expedia again"
