The old vacation house are located next to the Otta River which flows through the beautiful mountain municipality Skjåk, it is a very peaceful place with a fantastic view.
The old vacation house is located about 3.8 km from Bismo (center), 17 km from Lom and 80 km from Geirangerfjord.
I meet the guests at check-in if possible and may come to make sure everything goes well
The property has recently been somewhat renovated and the outdoor area does not yet have a grass lawn.
Bathroom has been recently refurbished to today's standard.
Kitchen furniture and laundry room furniture are of more recent date.
The rest of the house has a distinctive style from the 50's and 70's with the wear of time.
The outdoor area has a pavilion with seating and a fire pit, firewood is available on site.
Breakfast are not provided.

Bedroom 1 has two bunk beds where the lower one is double, 6 sleeping places.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a bunk bed, 4 sleeping places.
Bedroom 3 is combined with staircase and has a single bed, 1 sleeping place.
Bedrooms located at second floor with a steep staircase (not for old, and dismantled people).
Bathroom, kitchen and livingroom are on the first floor.
Additional Services:
1. House cleaning can be purchased for NOK 500.
2. Tents and or caravans can be used for accommodation in the garden, price is 200NOK per tent / motorhome per day.
3. Electric car or plug-in hybrid can be charged on site, price is 200NOK per car per day (regular single-phase 16A supply).
4. Pets are allowed, price is 200NOK per stay.
Additional rules
1. No smoking indoors, ashtray standing outside.
2. Check-out no later than 12:00 AM, any cleaning must be completed by this time.
3. We value cleanliness highly, therefore you have a responsibility for cleaning so please remember to clean after you, if needed there is soap in the cabinet under the sink in the laundry room, bucket and mop in the cabinet next to the soap and the shaft for the mop hangs by the water heater, there are also a vacuumcleaner in the house,
Remove the duvet cover, pillow cover, and sheets from the beds you used and leave them on the floor.

4. Duvets, pillows, mattresses, sheets and bedding should not be used or moved anywhere other than in the beds.
5. Food, drinks and snacks are not allowed in the beds.
6. There are slippery parts, steep stairs and other places where you have to be careful, all guests are responsible to move safely and in such a way that injuries and accidents do not occur.
7. Shoes should not be worn indoors.
8. No writing and tagging anywhere at the
property.
9. No vandalism.
