Set over two floors, you enter the property on the ground floor which presents a comfortable living room with a cosy open fire, ideal to snuggle up to on those colder evenings. There is also a separate dining room and a well-presented, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of room for food preparation. On the same floor you also have a single bedroom equipped with en-suite facilities.

The first floor offers two bedrooms; the master bedroom boasts a plush double bed, the other a single. On the same floor you have the main bathroom which has a shower over bath and a heated towel rail. To the rear of the property, you have a patio and lawned area which is a sun trap, and has the spectacular panoramic views of the countryside which surrounds the property, giving you a great place to have a glass of fizz al fresco style.

Oakleigh makes for an ideal location from which to walk or cycle direct from the door through some of the most scenic countryside in Yorkshire. Conquer one, or all three of the ’Three Peaks’ (Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-ghent), or cycle through the peaceful quiet lanes. Alternatively, both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Parks are readily accessible by car.

The bustling market town of Settle is well served with a variety of pubs and restaurants, and is just 3½ miles away, or a little further afield, visit the thriving market town of Skipton. The owners also offer a small holding with a variety of animals to go and visit and feed, which can be arranged with them on a request basis, this is great for families who have small children.
