スケルマズデールのプールのあるホテル

「I found it deeply disturbing that some guests were permitted to sit in the foyer, lounge and breakfast room in their pyjamas and moreover, to discover that this practice is acceptable with Mercure St Helens, Merseyside. All of which made our stay an uncomfortable one.」

「Stayed here while visiting family. Really pleasantly surprised by the size of the suites and the bed was very comfy. The whole property looks a little dated but I can’t deny we were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was also very reasonably priced in my opinion. Would be very happy to stay here again.」

「The hotel has a wonderful ambience , probably created by the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as hard working. The cleanliness and efficiency is created by this commitment shown by the personell」

「Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees.」

「Room was opposite lift so it was sooooo loud throughout the night.」
