The staff could not do enough for you... The rooms were spotless, very clean... Amenities.. The spa was OK, lights in changing room not working & no spa treatments were available... Having said that the staff were fantastic & that made up for the whole experience.... The food in the restaurant at night was top class

First evening meal took an hour for a soup starter to arrive! Once they realised they had messed up they were very good. £20 meal deal is excellent value. Breakfast eas very good. Room was spacious with access to verandah.

Great Gym and swimming pool, staff - polite but not very good, lift not working(a pain if your on the 2nd floor, and your of some years, and no staff to help you with your bags), just an old tired place, having a re- vamp, but not ready yet. Room was nice, but the clears are not very good. Could be so much better - so much potential

Staff lovely and helpful but No lifts , lifts broken , in 60’s and struggled to climb 48 stairs up and down 3.5 times . Didn’t go out of room due to this. Mattress needs replacing on 1 side of bed , could feel springs, ( 2 beds in 1 large bed ). Quilt cover not big enough, turned the other way but quilt cover didn’t fasten .
