「Wanted to stay somewhere with a rural charm, and this did not disappoint! Staff very friendly and helpful. We did the half board which offered great value. Proper pub food, reasonably priced and excellent quality. Same can be said about breakfast. Great location to explore the area and walks nearby. Only slight downside were that the walls were quite thin so you could hear movements from neighbouring rooms. 」

「ヨークへ行く途中で１泊しました。レンタカーで行きましたが、特に迷うことなく到着、到着後宿のご夫婦が出てきてくれて、部屋へ案内してくれました。到着が１９時半過ぎであり、前もって頼んでいなかったため、夕食は宿では食べれませんでしたが、朝食はボリューム満点で美味しかったです。特にソーセージが絶品。このソーセージは近くの知り合いが作っていると言っていました。」

「Paul and Sophie were the consumate hosts. Attentive without being over bearing. The property is in first class order with everything you could need for a perfect quiet stay. The breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order every day. As we have family in the area, we have always struggled to find good accommodation but Lynedene ticked all the boxes!! 「Patrick and his wife were very welcoming, the property is dated but comfortable and clean and very reasonably priced. The surrounding area is a short walk away, with some nice pubs, restaurants (with gluten free options), shops and a Tesco etc... The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been some comfy chairs or small sofa in the room as I personally struggle watching TV in bed, due to health issues, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.」
