The Space:
This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and is situated on over 1 acre of private lakefront and over 160ft of private level lake frontage on beautiful Skaneateles Lake. For the convenience of our guests, this home also has a private driveway directly off of Rte 41A.
This will be a beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests and is situated on over 1 acre of private lakefront and over 160ft of private level lake frontage, with fenced yard, on beautiful Skaneateles Lake. For the convenience of our guests, this home also has a private driveway directly off of Rte 41A. This home is incredibly spacious with over 4000sf of living space. The main level has an expansive living room that has beautiful lake views and enough seating to accommodate 10 guests comfortably. The kitchen will also have a dining area and between the island and table seating, there will be enough space to accommodate 10 guests. There are also 2 guest bedrooms with one king & one queen bed, one full bathroom w/a walk-in shower and stand alone soaking tub between them, a half bath and a billiard room.
The second level of this home will have 3 guest bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite (2nd level) will have 2 queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The two additional guest bedrooms will both have queen beds.
***The front door will have a ring doorbell camera**** The lakefront is truly impressive and boasts over 160ft of private level lake frontage. The fishing is amazing right off of the dock! We will also have 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a mooring buoy for your enjoyment!

**Primary guest must be 30 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.
**We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, .
**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses. (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
