"It was exactly what I needed for a 2 nights stay for skiing. I stayed during the winter months. I booked the morning I arrived and still got a reduced price. This would not be possible during the summer. It’s great to have a bar in the hotel and a 24 hr Denny restaurant. The rare indoor pool/hot tub was perfect after skiing. Other hotels offering this is more expensive. A cafe would be great for chilling around the hotel…this is not a complaint. They a large gym and a small floor hockey rink for kids. This is would be great for families with young ones. This is a basic and priced well hotel that works for me. Cheers"

"Everything, we had great communication with the staff, got is in the room we requested . It was clean and everone was great. I highly recommend this accomidations in penticton vacation. The location , the staff, the facilities outstanding . And the lake view , was excellent, we had 2 fur babies that we brought and great location for walking your pet, or even if you want long breathtaking walks, and watching the birds on the skaha lake. Just so lovely. We would stay there again . Thanks so much to staff at waterfront hotel! JOB WELL DONE.😁"

"Have stayed here many times and it is always outstanding. Staff go above and beyond. Great room with fireplace and water view, beautiful lobby, variety of eating places, onsite bar and even a little shopping. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great little getaway here. The rooms were very clean and the staff were so welcoming. We had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. The Nordic experience was the cherry in top! Would absolutely stay here again! "
