"Hello I would like to talk about an impotant matter and I would like to compensate for that. There was just one staff working in the reception and she was so tired after a long waiting and get our keys first there was no one to help us for the buggage and second in the room "

"Clean room, central location, beautiful views from our room. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room were extremely noisy our first night playing loud music & yelling until 3 a.m. fortunately they checked out the next day & I was able to use headphones to minimize their noise. Then a couple nights later the hotel was flooded with young people for what appeared to be prom night. They were very noisy in the elevator area that was around the corner from our room. Bad timing I guess. For the amount we paid for 5 nights I think we could have gotten value elsewhere."

"The staff and the beautiful history and architecture of the hotel are a pleasure. Location for walking from deep in the West end of Vancouver shops, cafes and restaurants is spot on. The ability to step across the road and get onto the sea wall pathway is fantastic. The restaurant is... good... but not necessarily for the young or young at heart.. Being the oldest cocktail lounge in Vancouver.. i feel I was hoping for a lot more than it offered.. but it didn't negatively affect our stay as there is so much available just a short walk away. "

"Clean room and good service. But a lot of noice from ambulance and police cars at night. And the hotel arrange our three rooms on different floors which is not so nice."

"Pool ,hot tub and exercise area excellent . You can order snacks poolside, towels available and change rooms Only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast...I am not a buffet style person...but one block west and five stores over was a great restaurant , five minute walk The cleaning staff excellent "
