"The spa was inviting and the staff very good. Made to feel comfortable and the treatment was great. The pool area was okay and while we did enjoy it we just feel it lacked an intimate atmosphere as was a gym club. Definitely could have done with either drinks service for guests or a bar. However we enjoyed our stay and would go again "

"What a wonderful stay we had with Family for New year. Accommodation was absolutely stunning, so so comfortable and dressed beautifully. Views amazing, rightbon the river, area fantastic for hoping on train to Norwich. We had a little concern, but Tina came out in freezing weather late evening to sort for us, amazing young lady. We will diffinatly book this lodge again when back in Brundall, already shared and recommended lodges to other family and Friends. Thank-you. very happy customers xxx. Tina your amazing."

"This house is truly stunning and the team ensured fantastic attention to detail including treats for our dogs. The property is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The location was fab directly onto the water with sensational sunrises and sunsets. One recommendation we would give is to have the decking enclosed with a gate so that dogs/ children do not make a break for the water :)"

"We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. It was fully resourced with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The Christmas decorations in the garden were absolutely lovely and added such a festive, welcoming atmosphere.
