"The property was a great house to stay in! It was clean and comfortable. The beach access was only a couple of minutes walk. The beach was covered in algae right where you enter and need to walk down the Palms resort. It was in a great location for the activities we chose to do. I would stay again on out next trip to the island!"

"Great experience, quick responses, easy directions. The Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We loved sitting at the beach at night and used the hot tub twice in the evenings. The fact it was open after 10pm was awesome. Accommodations in the room were exactly what we needed. The only issue was the a/c wasn’t working well, however we were not in the room enough to need it. At night we just opened the sliding door and turned on the fan. Stores were close by, lots of beautiful beaches all the recommendations were great. I’d totally recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot and want to visit the island, not a resort but plenty of nice amenities. We loved it. Also Duggans Reef was a most try!"

"We went for our wedding very special trip for us the condo was incredible everything we wanted an needed only 5mins from the Boardwalk was extra bonus, the staff at Cinda was relentless on keeping beach cleaned and organized daily!Loved it an we will be back to visit at Sugar Beach Comdos "

"Lori’s communication was excellent and made our check in and check out stress free. The condo was very well maintained and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and we were very excited to find a nice cooler for taking to the beach along with beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, and large bags to carry it all in! It all made our stay so amazing and now we can’t wait to go back! Our favorite place was on the back patio every night listening to the sounds of the ocean and each morning watching the sun come up, just so relaxing and peaceful. Thanks again for providing such an amazing place to stay."

"I held back on writing a review, but after thinking about it and remembering that this is a business and people like me save their money and want the best bang for their buck. First off the Waze app doesn't work the best on the island, found Google maps works a ton better. The condo is small and great for a couple. Tracy provides lots creature comforts, cooler, beach chairs, sun block, condiments, etc. You'll need to buy bottled water, can't drill for freshwater on the island. The unit has a single portable AC unit, and it keeps the bedroom somewhat comfortable. The rest of the unit get pretty warm, the fans take the edge off. The shower valve is backwards and does not get warm enough. The place has a good base, but needs some upgrades. The pool was redone recently and was good. The complex is clean and maintained, Anthony is doing a great job keeping the place up and deserves a raise and a helper. Thanks to Barbara, she went out of her way to help and showed us around. Everyone we met there was nice, very friendly. P.S. Foodtown is the most expensive grocery store in the area, shop around for better. Good luck driving on the wrong side of the road and watch out for potholes!! May 2026"

Sea Turtle Condo with Loaded Amenities

2/10 Terrible

"The owner allowed us to enter 1.5 hours early due to an early flight. We attempted to use the stove and oven. Nothing. We found the circuit breaker box and reset it. Dishwasher labeled “out of order” Owner contacted same day, “forgot to check a cycle run to see if its fixed”. Since oven stove worked, left it alone. 2nd day, complete power outage in the area for 3-4 hours. Neighbors stated, “power grid is not stable here.”Food stayed cold at least3rd day. 2am full power outage again. Uncomfortable night. Went out to eat and excursion since they had power. Returned early afternoon, still no power. Unable to shower. Neighbor says there is NO power outage. Owner contacted. 14 hours without power. Electrician arrived. Facility circuit breaker faulty, but he can’t replace. No guarantee it won’t happen again. I asked where it was so I could restore it myself at 2am if it occurs. I need my CPAP for sleep and A/C!Electrician departs, oven and stove don’t work again and circuit breaker won’t reset! Notified owner again since she stated “this is the first time you are letting me know you didn’t have power to appliances” and”I am not sure the last time my oven was used”Day 4. Oven and stove still not working. Remainder of electric functioning. Unable to access digital door lock. Asked neighbor for assistance, recurring problem. Notified owner. No response. Contacted VRBO for recourse, requested refund. Basic electricity! We DO NOT recommend this property for your stay in ST. CROIX"
