「I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. The pool was down and no cushions but we were so busy exploring the island and beaches that it had no effect on our satisfaction. A great place to stay if you’re on the island. Would highly recommend for couples selling a quiet, romantic escape or groups selling a semi-private party pad. 」
