「Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

「Every staff is kind and friendly. The room is clean with hot shower, which needs several minutes to get warm water. I asked the front to make a reservation for Tigers Hills early morning trip, which is so impressive that we are satisfied very much. The restaurant is also good with Western and Indian foods.
We recommend the hotel for all who will visit Darjeeling.」

Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.」
