「朝晩が冷え込むのですが、暖房設備は万全、寝る前にはベッドに湯たんぽまで準備、夜になるとミネラル水や紅茶をお部屋に届けてくれました。食事は朝晩ともにビュッフェスタイル、インド料理はどれも美味しいです。観光や空港のピックアップなどホテルから手配してくださるサービスは迅速で尚且つ親切、ホテルのドライバーさんもとても礼儀正しく安全運転でとても良かったです。」

「ここの冬は避けてください。ロケーションと建物はおしゃれですが、暖房はありません。寒くてベットから出れません。食事もベジタリアンですが、美味しくないです。シャワーはお湯が安定しなくて、気温5度の中、冷たい水が出ます。インターネットはよく途切れます。何度も停電しました。最悪の経験です。 Avoid winter here. 「リゾートホテルにもかかわらず、眺望のないレストランと部屋しかない。一部の部屋は、崖しか見えず。系列ホテルが複数あり、リンクを手繰るとほかの施設がでてきて、誤解を招く。値段の割に施設が遅ます。日本の平均的なビジネスホテル以下。町の中心からも徒歩圏だが遠い。」

「The hotel was beautiful, an old colonial atmosphere in a very comfortable setting, with great views of Kalimpong. Staff were very attentive and the Indian food in the restaurant was excellent. This was our second visit to the hotel, which we fully recommend and look forward to returning for future trips. 」

「The hotel gave us the room we didn't book for. The reservation manager took our money for deposit but returned only half because he spent it. If we would have got the room that we booked for it would have been nice ig. The hotel location is good. 」

「部屋は広かったですが、暖房は小さなヒーター一台で２月のダージリンの気候では室内でも結構寒いです。あと、お湯がたぶん朝の数時間しか使えません。朝はタイガーヒルに行ったりで、時間が合わず、冬に冷たいシャワーしか浴びられませんでした。」

「Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. Doma in dining room, authentic Nepalese...

「Spacious room, quite clean, and everything functional. Very well stocked minibar/fridge, welcome for late arrival. Breakfast buffet quite good. But, the location is not correct as given on the map in the listing. Had selected based on location in listing. That made it a negative experience overall, as it made me late for my morning appointment. 」
