Very basic. Receptionist very disengaged and couldn't really be bothered to do her job. Basin in the en-suite bathroom was blocked and didn't drain. Duvet was not thick enough and I was quite cold in the night.

Great place to stay for getting to O2, staff were fab, able to park our car and do early check in which was appreciated. Only negatives were the bed was a very small double and room so warm we had the window open so woke up to the overground train noise. Would book again but bring earbuds.

10/10 for home to home comfort Apartment was clean to perfection spotless! Very spacious felt like home! Thank you to Arjun who went above and beyond. Only little hiccup was that our oven was not working but it was very quickly dealt with!
