This hotel was amazing, we'd highly recommend your stay here. Located in Little India with a huge variety of shops, restaurants and dining choice all on your doorstep. The rooms and staff are excellent. The staff go above and beyond to assist you with a anything, from taxi to recommend place to see. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough for your stay in Singapore

It was ok. Zero assistance with baggage on arrival, free for all at check in in terms of queue management. Room nice, good shower and facilities. Breakfast also good. The pool area was nice too, albeit "absorbent" beds is a weird furniture choice in that climate. Not sure they will ever fully dry! Area round about is interesting, lots of good food options. Lots of guests wearing slippers and pyjamas at breakfast which was interesting...🙄. All in, it was ok, nothing special or spectacular but functional at best.

Hotel is ok. We stayed here when it was Park Royal. We booked again to stay again. We had issues with the room cleaning. Even though we have asked them to clean the room, it wasn't cleaned until we have asked again around 5 pm. The clean towel they left in the room had mark on them, we had to call twice to have it replaced. Shower gel was empty, luckily we had brought our own shower gel and was able to take a shower. The staff are friendly enough and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay, it's near by a lot of key points like stations, malls etc. The room was great, staff were diligent addressing minor room issues. My only feedback is when you serve another guest, please don't allow other random guests to start interrupting, I would appreciate if staff could tell waiting guests to kindly wait their turn.
