「***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had...

「WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!!! When we first got there, we expected a three bedroom house, but instead we got a two bedroom. Eileen was on top of everything. She told us that the reason why we got the two bedroom was because of the water issues in the three bedroom house. Overall, the stay was great. AC was perfect. We actually turned it off a few times because we were too cold. No problems at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come. And stay in Guam for a few weeks. The place...

「I'll be staying here when I port from now on 👍」

「We arrived at 3 in the morning and needed a place to sleep for our family. We knew immediately that we would not be staying the rest of our reservation. Come morning the shower was hard to function, water pressure was nonexistent and hot water was nowhere to be found. We quickly gathered up our belongings and checked out. The staff was understanding and refunded the remainder of our stay.」
