「The communication before during and after the trip was outstanding. The unit was well equipped with everything the two of us needed. We loved how close the unit was to Colorado Street, the San Miguel River, and the free gondola to Mountain View. We were pleased that the television and Roku until was modern. We also liked how closely we could park the rental car to the unit. We felt that there were a few small areas for improvement like a dresser to store our days of clothing outside our...

「This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left. In addition, communication was very inadequate. Due to the confusing management, it was difficult to get...
