「The pool area was wonderful. The lobby was beautiful and utilized the space well. Coffee machine was in a very convenient location and the coffee was good. Breakfast had a variety of offerings that were delicious, like the yogurt machine. Amazing!」

「Newer property with everything a traveler would need. Loved the pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Smallish room but had all the modern touches and it felt comfortable and more than adequate. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, very convenient.」

「Another amazing stay at the Chateau. The room was excellently appointed. We had access to a full kitchen and the options of lounges and restaurants within a couple minute walk. We were close to everything we needed. Everyone took great care of our family and make sure our needs were addressed. We will be back again.」

「It was an incredible stay, clean room, big bed, the closest place to fill up water bottles (that I found) is in the gym, but it wasn't far. We didn't stay too long, just barely 1 night, but it was a great experience.」

A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. If I had been blindfolded and dropped in the hotel I would have thought I was in an old 2 star Holiday Inn. Would not stay again.」

「The front desk was polite, helpful, very professional.」

「Pet friendly resort, kids loved the game room and heated pool! Another great stay here!」

「My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff, food and room were above expectations. The bed was a little too firm for us, but the room was very quiet. I only have one appeal: please consider removing room “deodorizers” in the bathroom off the dining area. Too many places use artificial scents to mask unclean facilities. You don’t need them here. They spritz and cause an asthmatic response in many people - including myself. Thankfully, you don’t have them in the rooms because I would...
