"Liz was very welcoming and direction to the fish camp was clear. The bungalow was very clean and was stocked with everything I needed to be comfortable. Dauphin Island is beautiful... I grew up in Mobile and love returning here to fish. This was the perfect spot!"

"Third level condo, which provides a great beach view. Easy access to beach, with miles of beach to walk. The condo was very nice. Had all the amenities, full kitchen, frig., stove, microwave. Upstairs bedroom with a view, downstairs bed. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend, will stay again. "

"We loved our stay at The Commodore West! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The only thing we wished for was a bedroom on the bottom floor for those who struggle with stairs, but everything else was wonderful.The beach view was stunning—hearing the waves and watching sunsets from the balcony made every day special. Being right on the sand made it easy to relax, take walks, and let the kids play.We also loved how close the property is to Fort Morgan, one of our favorite places to visit in Gulf Shores. The history and views there are incredible, and it’s so convenient being just down the road.The home had everything we needed: a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a host who made sure everything was ready. The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still peaceful.This was one of our favorite beach trips, and we’d absolutely recommend The Commodore West to anyone looking for a relaxing Gulf Shores getaway!"

"We had a blast here, it was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed! The check in was easy and accommodating and super clean. Beds were super comfortable and the ac works GREAT!Two things I would say to keep in mind if you rent here: The home doesn’t have extra blankets, throws or pillows so make sure if you need extra bring them if you need some. Also, no Tupperware for leftovers so bring your own. Also, we rented a golf cart bc the pictures seem like it’s far from the beach IT IS SO CLOSE!!! You literally do not need a golf cart bc you’re so close it’s perfect. We will be back 10/10 recommend. Every day at the beach we watched dolphins do flips out of the water. Perfection "

"This was the perfect place for a low key family vacation with 4 kids. The set up was great for us. The kids loved the pool and it was so accessible to the unit. It is also so close to all of the islands amenities."

"Incredible! I’ve always dreamed of a cute little house on the beach where I could see the surf from the window and hear the ocean (and we also saw dolphins one day!) You literally walk just steps and you’re on the beach! House was very clean, cute and well renovated. The beach was quiet, no loud parties nearby, and an amazing experience I’ll love forever."
