"Would have been 5* were it not for check in issue when I self checked in with QR code sent by hotel / coded room cards only to find it let me into an occupied room - not great for safety or security! Staff were pleasant but I would have expected such an issue to be taken with more concern. The hotel was fantasticly situated from airport a mere 200 meters from main exit but still managing to feel relaxed and not in a busy location. Decor very modern and stylish and very well maintained and clean. While simple the room was well designed (benefit of relatively new build) and comfortable with the key things of good shower / plenty hot water / drinkable cold water / good quality bed. Breakfast had a very reasonable selection given that Hotel staff strike was current and information had said breakfast would be limited. Would definitely use again BUT someone needs to sort IT glitch so no one's suffers a stranger walking in on them or worse"

"I arrived late around 23:00 and apparently there is a national hotel strike going on. Management was running the hotel with housekeeping and one cook. It was fantastic check in, the room was perfect and the buffet breakfast was outstanding!"
