The hotel’s decent. However, the room service is very lazy and careless. You have to call 5 or 6 times to get them to bring a small bottle of water to the room. I ordered something at their restaurant through their room service, they wouldn’t bring it until it closed. Then I called and they simply said sorry kitchen is closed even though I had ordered an hour before and they had accepted it. Another issue was the keys keep getting messed up. I had to request for new set of keys few times a day, it’s ridiculous. Last negative - the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The positives - it’s very affordable and at the same time has a modern and luxurious feel to it. It’s very clean. House keeping is excellent. Location is very convenient. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a good balanced experience. Obviously, don’t expect it to be perfect unless the hotel makes those changes and improvements.

It is comfortable

The worst hotel we stayed in this trip. The hotel is old, nothing historic though. The staff are not friendly. Rooms are small. I would never stay at this hotel again.
