"The location is excellent, very close to Dolmabahçe Palace with great dining options nearby. Our room with a Bosphorus view was a highlight—the window sills are unusually spacious, making them a perfect spot to sit with a laptop and tea while enjoying the scenery.
The room was spotless and thoughtfully equipped; small touches like mouthwash and proper shoe bags stood out compared to other high-end hotels. The bathroom was clean, large, and featured a bidet.
Breakfast was very good with top-notch service. Special thanks to Derya, who noticed my wife preferred her tea prepared a specific way (subcontinental style). She asked detailed questions and ensured it was served that way the next day. That level of care was remarkable.
For improvement, the breakfast chicken options (ham/sausage) felt a bit processed; a chicken kebab would be a healthier addition. More daily variation, such as rotating paratha into the Indian section instead of just rice, would also be welcome.
Service across the hotel was excellent, from the front desk to the bellhops. A special mention for Bülent Karağaç, who helped us daily with taxis and showed genuine kindness to our kids. Overall, the exceptional service truly elevated our family stay. Highly recommended."
