「Located in the city center, convenient and ultra modern. The staffs are really helpful and caring . The room is clean and spacious with a good view. Breakfast has a wide variety from Western style to Asian.」

「Good value for money and easy walking distance to Giant Ibis bus stop.」

「Shower water was not hot enough. Bad smell in bathroom.」

「Good」

「Lovely modern Hotel with fantastic staff」

「It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips. My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel. I eventually arrived and was dropped off in a dingy back alley, picked my way past the street dogs, and managed to check in. Shown...
