「My group of 12 friends/6 couples just completed an incredible week at Cate’s family’s Villa. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The views are amazing and the photos don’t do the Villa and the grounds justice. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms and the rooms were spacious. The common space was lovely whether indoors or outdoors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a group or if we wanted some quiet time. The Villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed....

The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. 「We had an awesome stay at the villa bella toscana. The property is quiet big with a beautiful pool area, a small fitness room and enough space to enjoy yourself outside in sun. The house was clean and cosy. The big kitchen offers a great place to cook together or play boardgames at the table. Outside there is also a big covered table to have marvelous dinners with up to 10 people, even if it's raining. The villa is near the center of this small town, so you can visit the weekly market by foot...

"壁が薄いので、近隣の部屋の音がうるさく感じられることがありました。レセプションに知らせに行くと、スタッフがすぐその部屋に電話をしてくれ、納まりました。朝食ルームでお水（ガス入り・ガス無し）を無料でいただけたのは助かりました。また、最終日、早朝出発だったので、朝食をボックスに入れて用意してくださったこともありがたかったです。"
