"Most amazing hotel stay i’ve ever had! The staff is so helpful and accommodating. They arranged our spa and night safari excursions as well as being available to drive us where we needed. They really made this stay unforgettable and we’re truly so thankful for how comfortable they made us feel. It felt like they really cared about us enjoying our time in Sigiriya The breakfast was delicious, and made with so much care and attention. I really could not recommend this place enough, thank you hungry lion!! What a great place to start our honeymoon with!"

"We came to this hotel on our honeymoon, and from the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with nothing but kindness. The hotel is so stunning, I service is incredible, the nature is all encompassing and the food is amazing! Would highly highly recommend. "The property is a little remote, its set up nicely as a retreat but didnt suit us. Food took a while to get served. Few insects in the room which made it difficult to sleep. "

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly, making us feel very well looked after. The swimming pool was a great —perfect for a refreshing dip after climbing Sigiriya Rock. The hotel is in a slightly isolated location, but this wasn’t an issue for us and actually added to the peaceful atmosphere."

"Much nicer than photos show! The pool surrounds and bar area were lovely, perfectly framing Sigiriya Rock. The dining area and breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a little awkward to negotiate but overall fine. Staff were very friendly. "
