「First the good... location is terrific. If you want to stay in downtown Sydney near the waterfront, the location is perfect. Now the not-so good... many of our VRBO stays have given us the feeling that the owner is really trying. This one - not so much. The process of getting in is sketchy at best, involving a walk down a long alley, going into a corner between buildings, and choosing the right lock box out of 7 or 8. The lockbox was hard to open and given the way it is hung it collects...

「“Owner” is a corporation in Texas. All communication was by text, which were promptly answered. Great location, but marginal amenities and cleanliness, a few missing items. Sofa, bed and decor were the bare minimum and not very comfortable. 」

「The kitchen was not equipped with enough kitchen ware, dishes and cookware. No garbage bags, watered down dish soap. Sheets were ripped on the pocket, we felt they were not recently washed. We had to wash all the kitchen stuff, towels and sheets. It was a great location, safe and convenient. They just need better cleaners and housewares to match the other great parts of this suite and I would give it 5 stars.」
